Payment Options
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Unfortunately we are unable to accept checks or phone orders. Please email or call us if you have any questions.
Shipping & Delivery
Please allow 2-4 Business Days for your order to be processed and shipped out. Use the date on your order confirmation to estimate when your order will be sent out and don’t forget to add the shipping time on top of that.
Please note that we can’t be held responsible for any damages that may happen to your package from improper shipping practices.
International
If you are located in Canada and you place an order, please know that you are responsible for any fees that could be charged to you when the package arrives in your country. Check with you Custom Office for details.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be added for orders that are shipped to addresses within the state of Michigan.
Return Policy
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return or exchange your package provided it is unopened and in its original packaging. Once the package is opened it cannot be returned. Of course we replace defective mouth guards at no charge provided you report the problem within 30 days of receiving the order.
